How much does travel planning with Stahr Travel cost?
Our planning fees reflect the time, research, and level of detail involved in your particular journey.
Most Stahr Travel planning begins at $150 for domestic trips, $250 for typical International trips, $300+ for more complex trips, with the exact fee established before we begin.
You’ll know what the planning will cost before you commit to the process, so there are no surprises along the way.
When should I begin planning my trip?
Earlier than you might think—and you don’t need to have everything figured out first. Some travelers come to us with a destination and dates; others arrive with little more than an idea.
Beginning early gives us more room to consider the possibilities, secure the right accommodations and experiences, and shape the journey thoughtfully rather than simply fitting pieces into whatever remains available.
